Catherine Debray, founder and director of Career Potential has experience in many industries, sectors and organisational cultures. She began her career with Kingfisher plc. working in advertising, marketing and Human Resources. Catherine later moved into the public sector where she continued to specialise in People development and Career Management, most recently, she spent several years in the People and Organisational Change practice of a top management consultancy.
Catherine holds a first degree in History from the University of Cambridge and an MSc in Career Management and Counselling from the University of London. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Career Development Institute, and works in accordance with their Code of Ethics.
